The Little Accommodation Company offers luxury serviced, self-catering apartments in both Turnberry  and Glasgow on the stunning South West Coast of Scotland for business and leisure travellers. Our  accommodation offers excellent flexibility with guests stays ranging from 1 night, up to 3 months, and in some cases, even longer. Glasgow guests may be using for a city break or accommodation whilst working in the area.  We can accommodate flexible pricing for longer or off peak stays – simply get in touch.

Booking Enquiries

Yes, this is possible depending on the length of stay, large discounts can be applied for you when booking direct.

We do  allow pets in some.  of our properties. Please enquire. Dogs are not allowed in our bedrooms, on our furniture or allowed to be left on their own in a property. Paws on ground policy. 

No. We allow smoking in the designated outside smoking area of properties with access to outside spaces.

No, we let you the entire property for the duration of your stay. No one else has access, and you are always notified at least 24 hours prior should our cleaning or maintenance team require access.

We take payment for  your reservation  or 14 days prior to arrival.  A returnable damage deposit of 150.00/ property is required two weeks prior to check in. This is released upon check out.

Letting Agents

We work with nationwide businesses such as airports; wind farm and offshore companies; hospitals; airlines;  and construction companies  to help house their professional employees when they require accommodation in the area.

They cannot commit to long ASTs as they may be in the area for only a short period of time (a few days up to 6 months). That’s where we come in and provide accommodation on a short term basis, while ensuring we meet our obligations to you as our landlord or client.

We fill gaps by letting the property to well vetted guests who need accommodation while visiting the area for leisure and to families who need accommodation due to work being carried out on their main residence (often insurance companies are funding the stays).

Like any tenant things can get damaged, however unlike a regular tenant, we repair and maintain the property whenever an issue occurs. Our guests have to provide ID, sign terms and conditions and we take a security deposit during every stay.

If something gets damaged we charge it directly to the guest out of the security deposit and inform their employer . We are fully insured with legal indemnity, contents and public liability insurance. Insurance documents are available for potential landlords to review.

A key difference with us, is that we have guests, not tenants so they have no right to occupy. If there is a problem – we can remove them. Overall, the property has to stay in hotel standard condition or we could not operate as a business so you can rest assured the property will be looked after – aligning both our needs, those of the guests and the tenants.
